1. Definitions

To register and use momami's Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. momami operates a strict age verification policy, and underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification card (KTP).
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or prohibited from gambling by any court order, regulatory authority, or self-exclusion program.
• Online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain Indonesian jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of momami complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your place of residence.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an Account with momami, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Keep your Account login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Notify momami immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our customer support team.

2.3 Verification (KYC) Requirements

momami implements "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures to verify Player identities, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to:

• Submit valid identification documents when requested, including a clear copy of your Indonesian KTP (ID card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Provide additional documentation if requested by our compliance team, including source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.
• Accept that withdrawals may be delayed or suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• Understand that Accounts failing verification may be suspended or closed, and funds may be returned to the original deposit source after deduction of applicable fees.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

momami accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Deposit policies include:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: typically Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallets. Check the cashier page for current minimums.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• momami does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately with transaction proof (receipt, reference number, screenshot).

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal policies at momami are designed for security and efficiency:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your Account status and verification level.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your momami Account name.
• All withdrawals are subject to verification checks. First withdrawals and large-amount withdrawals require enhanced verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). Weekend withdrawals may experience delays.
• momami reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for withdrawals exceeding Rp 20.000.000 or where fraud is suspected.
• Bonus funds must be wagered according to specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Only real money balances and cleared bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be declined if you have not wagered your total deposits at least once (anti-money laundering requirement).

3.3 Currency

All transactions on momami are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your Account balance, bets, winnings, and financial records will be displayed in Rupiah. momami does not offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

momami offers various bonuses and promotions to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 30x, 40x) before they convert to withdrawable cash. Check each bonus's terms for its specific wagering requirement.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 100%. Check promotion terms for exact contribution percentages.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 50.000 per spin/hand/bet). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period (e.g., 30 days). Unused bonuses expire after this period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time. Complete or forfeit your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Abuse: momami reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, hedging strategies, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players are eligible for momami's Welcome Bonus (currently 100% match up to Rp 2.000.000 on first deposit). This bonus is subject to 30x wagering requirements and must be claimed within 7 days of registration. See the homepage for current Welcome Bonus details.

4.3 Promotion Changes

momami reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the Website, and continued participation in any promotion following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games on momami use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. momami does not control or manipulate game results.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on momami and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or hedging strategies across multiple platforms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent documents, or engaging in identity theft.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or momami staff.

6. Responsible Gaming

momami is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help Players gamble responsibly, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control spending.
• Time-Out Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel gambling is becoming a problem. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Receive notifications reminding you how long you've been playing.

7. Limitations of Liability

8. Account Suspension and Closure

momami reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we suspect:

• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Duplicate accounts or identity misrepresentation
• Bonus abuse or unfair play
• Underage gambling or use of the platform by excluded persons

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of amounts owed to momami, including reversed bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method. momami is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for Account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the momami Website, including logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of momami or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

By using our Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, where momami's operating company is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of momami shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

momami reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
